The Costa Brava has very different kinds of homes: villas overlooking the sea, seafront apartments and old fishermen's village houses. They all share a demanding climate (strong sun, salt air and heavy autumn rain) that makes choosing the right materials and systems essential.
That's why we work with properly detailed waterproofing, outdoor stone and terracotta, durable pool finishes and roofs checked before winter.

Yes. Many of our clients have a second home on the Costa Brava. We arrange the visit, email the quote and follow the work remotely by email and WhatsApp.
